Re: Vietnam Cambodia and Laos

Hi Viola, For the plugs all three countries use the standard 2-pin round European plugs (they were French colonies after all!), and whilst some of the hotels we use may have UK 3-pin adaptors built in a European adaptor would be useful. With regards to currency sterling is widely accepted and if you...

Re: Valencia and Orange grove coast .

Hi Cass,

I can confirm that at the moment there are 18 of you (including you) travelling from Manchester, and that there are 29 of you booked onto the tour in total (the other group is flying from Bristol). I hope you enjoy it and make plenty of friends.

Erik.

Re: Welcome!

Hi Kev, We still have plenty of places on all of our 2020 Sri Lanka departures so there's no immediate need to rush - you've got a month or two before the first departures start getting full. However the sooner you book you guarantee your price (sometimes airlines do raise their ticket costs which w...

Re: Welcome!

Hi Kev, With regards to Sri Lanka's it can be quite subjective. February is one of the driest months for most of the island, whilst September is at the tail end of the monsoon season. That means February has the least rain, but things can be dusty and vegetation dry, whereas September has somewhat m...

Re: India in 2020

Dear Lynne, I assume you're talking about Indian rupees rather than rand? If so then the rupee is a closed currency and you cannot buy outside of India. Therefore we suggest you take sterling cash as well as a credit/debit card (or two, and keep in different locations in case one is lost). With the ...

Re: First time

Hi Ruby,

I assume you mean the Jerusalem, Galilee & the Dead Sea tour departing on the 25th of November this year? If so there are currently 19 people booked on the tour of whom 5 are men and 14 are women. The maximum group size for the tour is 30 people.

Re: Currency for Marrakech

Dear Alison, Since the Moroccan dirham is a closed currency you can't buy any here. That said changing money there is quite easy and our tour manager will be able to recommend places to do that. Sterling is widely accepted so best to take that and perhaps a credit/debit card as well for emergencies,...

Re: Talk to us!

Hi Tricia,

Whilst our tour manager will not be flying with you from Birmingham, our on the ground representative will be at the Flybe check-in desks to provide assistance should you require it. They should be recognisable with a Riviera clipboard and/or sign.
