Hi there I am going on the Classical Italy tour next week and have a few concerns about the Grand Hotel Beverly Hills in Rome. There were many poor reviews on TripAdvisor, which the hotel appears to have removed (at the time of writing, there are only 7 reviews on the site) and I gather that much-needed refurbishment is under way. My queries are:
1. What impact (if any) will the refurbishment have upon our stay? 2. Will our group be allocated refurbished rooms?
Your responses will be much appreciated. Many thanks.
The hotel has completed its refurbishment and we have had some very nice comments about the look now. To my knowledge the rooms have not been affected by the refurbishment. The hotel has changed its name which may be why there are only a few reviews showing.
Yes, thank you. From memory, most of the poor reviews centred around the place feeling run-down and in need of some TLC, so hopefully the refurbishment has addressed those issues. Appreciate your swift response!
