Dear Ruby,

Despite only being on sale for less than 3 weeks we've already had 5 bookings on our new Costa Rica solos tour. As for the maximum group size it is 24, so a nice size to have a convivial atmosphere but not too many that you won't know everyone by the end. And yes, it is always possible to upgrade seats on flights by calling our reservations team directly.

I hope that answers your questions, although if you have any others please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Erik.

Dear Ruby,

The age range of the people who have booked so far is from early 50's to early 70's.

Dear Joehufkin,

Our solo tour to South Africa this November still has 4 spaces available. There are currently 21 people booked on it with ages ranging from early 50's to early 90's, with the median being in the late 60's.

I am booked on the solo tour to Budapest on the 2nd September. I see that it has disappeared off the website. Does that mean it is fully booked?. How many people are booked on the trip and what age range/nationalities

Dear Elisebev,

Yes, you are correct, the tour is fully booked so we are no longer showing it as available. There are 34 people (including yourself) booked on it with ages ranging from early 40's (but no, you are not the youngest) through to mid 80's. I can't, however, divulge nationalities, but by and large the vast majority of people who travel with us are British.

Best regards,

Erik.

I am thinking of travelling to India in November . I was wondering what the luggage allowance was and what kind of clothes I would need as someone told me Shimla would be cold then.

Dear Anne,

For the luggage allowance we fly with Virgin Atlantic who allow you to take 2 pieces of hold luggage, each up to 23kg, plus one piece of hand luggage up to 10kg. With regards to the weather Shimla's average daily high in November is around 15 degrees which is similar to October in London, so perhaps a light jacket or jumper would be sufficient (although I suppose it depends on how much you feel the cold).

Unfortunately we no longer have any availability on any of our solo India and Shimla departures in November and the next tour where we do have availability isn't until March. We do, however, have November departures with availability for our standard India and Shimla tours.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Kind regards,

Erik.
